 Welcome to the University of Northern Colorado!  If you are living in the
 residence halls, have you considered a meningitis vaccination?  If you have
 questions about obtaining this vaccine, please call the Student Health Center at
 970-351-2412.

If you have questions about immunization records, please call the Immunization Office at 970-351-1919 or 351-1915.

REGULAR OFFICE HOURS:

     Saturday and Sunday - closed

HOLIDAY SCHEDULE:
     Thanksgiving:
          Tuesday, Nov. 24 - Close at 2 p.m.
          Monday, No. 30 - Reopen at 8 a.m.

     Christmas:
         Dec. 15-17 - Dec. 15-17 - Reduced Hours - 9 a.m.-2 p.m.
        Thursday,  Dec. 17 - Close at 2 p.m.
        Dec. 18-Jan. 4 - CLOSED
        Monday, Jan. 4  - Reopen at 9 A.M.
        Jan. 4-8 - Reduced Hours - 9 a.m.-2 p.m.
        Monday, Jan. 11  - Resume Regular 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. hours


 
For H1N1 (swine flu) questions when the Health Center is closed, call:

The UNC Student Health Center has received a very limited supply of H1N1 vaccine from the Weld County Health Department.  Only UNC students  in the designated target group will be eligible for this first round of vaccine.  If you are a student that meets either of the criteria listed below, please come to the UNC Student Health Center in Cassidy Hall (Tuesday through Friday 8:00 - 5:00) and receive a free H1N1 vaccine.  No appointment necessary, just walk in.

Screening Criteria:

     Pregnant women
     or
     Students up to age 14 who have chronic medical conditions (asthma, heart disease, compromised
      immune systems

Students who do not meet one of the criteria above will not be eligible for vaccine in this fist round. As more vaccine arrives, the Health Center will distribute vaccine based on the County Health Department's designated criteria.

  • Students insured with the UNC Student Health Insurance Program pay $20 for a regular visit to the Health Center.  The $20 will cover the office visit and simple care.lized care such as extensive lab work, sutures,  X-Rays, etc., would apply to your $300 deductible and be covered at 80%.
