When you are sick or have a health concern, come to the Health Center at 1901 10th Avenue (first floor of Cassidy Hall).  We can generally see you on a walk-in basis.  We do schedule appointments for some well care services such as women's health exams.  Call (970) 351-2412 to schedule an appointment.

If you anticipate needing lab tests or medications, call as early in the day as possible so we can help you efficiently and effectively.

If you do not have a medical record on file, you will be asked to complete a health history form before being seen.
